Mandel Group Begins Final Phase of Norhardt Crossing Condominiums

Mandel Group, Inc. has begun construction of the final phase of condominiums at its 72-home development known as "Norhardt Crossing" in Brookfield. To date the development has sold over 90% of its available condominiums in Phases I and II. The final phase will contain 30 new condominium homes. The development is jointly marketed by Mandel Group together with Shorewest Realtors.

Norhardt Crossing proved to be Brookfield's most popular luxury condominium development in 2003. Over 1/3 of all luxury condominiums sold in Brookfield in 2003 were Norhardt Crossing condominium homes. "Our floorplans appeal to a wide range of buyers", stated Cathy Mack, condominium sales specialist with Mandel Group and sales manager for the Norhardt Crossing development.
