Mandel Group Milwaukee Condominium and Aparment Homes

Mandel Constructor of the Year

Mandel News

Jim Wohead, long-time construction leader at Mandel Group, received a tremendous honor from the American Institute of Constructors – Wisconsin Chapter, being named the organization’s 2006 Constructor of the Year. This is an exceptional honor for Jim and recognizes his “high ethical standards” and “the way he deals with contractors and employees, stressing truthfulness and treating people the way you would like to be treated.”

Jim’s long history includes the completion of PlumTree, Woodlands and Deer Run, all of which were started just before his arrival; the completion of Ravinia (finished on time/under budget); East Pointe Commons; East Pointe Marketplace; The Franklin; Trostel Square; Norhardt Crossing; Gaslight Lofts; 2040 Lofts; Bayshore; Marine Terminal Lofts; RiverCrest; and many, many other projects both large and small. This is a portfolio of the finest multifamily residential construction in Milwaukee.

Jim, the recognition is long overdue and well deserved. Congratulations from everyone!
