There will be 84 apartments which will open in late Summer 2013 for our first wave of move/ins. We are pleased to announce the completion of Phase I, the parking structure just west of Sendik’s! Work is well underway on Phase II, which will add LightHorse 4041, a 6-story mixed-use building.
We are anticipating 1st occupancy for the apartments in late Summer 2013.
