Mandel Group proposes to develop, own and operate a 100+ unit luxury rental community on the parking lot properties immediately north of the Fox Bay Theater and adjoining buildings. The project is designed to add critical mass to the Silver Spring Business District, bringing a large audience of pedestrian-patrons to businesses on the street. The housing design primarily caters to a more mature demographic in the North Shore, desirous of staying in the community yet looking to relieve themselves of the full-time responsibilities of homeownership.
